The Perfect Spot to Celebrate “Friendgiving”: An Illinois Craft Beer Festival
Thanksgiving is great. Food, family, football. Hard to argue with that.
But, let's not forget about "Friendsgiving". Friendsgiving doesn't have strings attached like other holidays. No side dish to bring. No aunt asking when you're going to get your life in order. No side-eye when you pour your 4th drink. (ok, 5th)
It's the unofficial holiday you celebrate on the Saturday after Thanksgiving and we've got the perfect place for you!
What is Frog Town Craft Beer Fest?
Frog Town Craft Beer Fest is the Quad Cities ONLY Fall Craft Beer Festival and it's happening at The Rust Belt, East Moline on Saturday, November 26th from 1-4pm (or Noon til 4p if you're a VIP)
There will be over 30 breweries pouring more than 100 craft beers for you to sample, along with food trucks, live music, games, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit The Peaceful Palate.
Who's the Genius Behind Frog Town Craft Beer Fest?
Josh Sherrod, who also runs the Motown Mile Craft Beer 5K in the spring, is bringing back the fall beer fest that took a two-year hiatus (like everyone else in the world).
"I am just really excited to be back inside the Rust Belt with all of our friends who like share the same love of craft beer as we do! :) Looking forward to a good time!"
