The bulletin says these organic basil products were sold at Dierberg's stores in Illinois and Missouri as far back as February 10 through February 20, 2024.

As the FDA mentions, Salmonella is "an organism that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems".

If you find that you have the affected organic basic products, you can get more information about the recall and what you can do about it through the official FDA portal.
