IRL Oregon Trail Experience Happening Tomorrow In Rockford

Get ready to use your hunting and trading skills, treat a snake bite, and fix a wagon wheel. A real-life Oregon Trail is happening at Midway Village.

The game many elder millennials and those before we obsessed with in school is returning in real-life form for one day only. Midway Village in Rockford will host the event with a version for adults (where you could "die" from a broken leg or as a result of dysentery. (Eww.)

Many pioneer wagons fail to make it all the way on the Oregon Trail! Test your pioneer skills to see if you have what it takes. Families of all ages are welcome to test their skills during a live-action Oregon Trail experience! Activities include: hunting and trade, treating a snakebite, fixing a wagon wheel, and much more!

The event is free for kids 0-2 are free, 3-17 is $6, and $8 for everyone else.
