Drivers will experience delays at West State Street and Winnebago Street in Rockford this week. Here's why.

 

Drivers should avoid West State Street and Winnebago Streets this week in Rockford starting Monday, September 28. The City of Rockford will be performing signal repairs at the intersection. It's anticipated that the work will take two days.

According to MyStateline.Com, "The intersection will be under intermittent stop sign control while work is being performed. Traffic flow will be affected and people in the area should expect delays".

With good weather and no major problems, the intersection signal repairs should be repaid and traffic should resume as normal by the end of the day this Wednesday.
