So you get pulled over, and you are completely honest with the officer...That's totally the right thing to do, right? Of course it is. You don't wanna b.s. or dig yourself into a hole filled with lies that could get you in deeper trouble..."No, officer the opened 24 ounce can of Truly isn't mine...

But sometimes being "too honest" could be too much information, like Zachary Ramirez of Naperville, Illinois.

Zach was clocked at an impressive 111mph at 2am. Obviously that caught the attention of a nearby officer and the pursuit started. What Mr. Ramirez was pulled over, he was of course asked why in the world he was flying in his 1994 Honda Prelude. SG

When detained, officer inquired as to why he was traveling so fast. Ramirez replied he was going to have sex with a girl he liked. -  Naperville Police Department Sergeant Gregg Bell

Nice work Zachary, seriously it's an honest answer I'll give him credit for that...I mean, I get a simple text, "hurry home" and the speed limit is for sure broken, totally understood.

The sad news to report is that Mr. Ramirez had to postpone his "call" as he was arrested for:

  • Reckless Driving
  • Speeding
  • Disobeying a stop sign

The report also lists "several other charges," with his arrest...Including a "small amount" of weed being found in his car. Ouch Zach, ouch.

Mr. Ramirez was freed on $2000 bail, no word on if the girl he was on his way to visit was forgiving, or even believed his story.
