Everyone has that one song that no matter how many times you listen to it, you'll never get sick of it.

That is, until you listen to it for 7 hours straight back to back. That's exactly what a group of Illinois buddies did when they took a road trip recently. The group of guy friends successfully completed a challenge I didn't even know existed.

One of the guys says -

Alright guys, we are about to be starting the challenge where we literally drive from Illinois to Alabama listening to ‘Sweet Home Alabama’ the entire way.

Still not 100% sure if they just made up this challenge or if someone has done it before, but either way, they did it.

The three 20 year old guys packed into the car, turned on the GPS, hit play on Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Sweet Home Alabama", and they were off for their challenge. And if you don't believe they actually did it, you can watch ALL SEVEN HOURS on YouTube.

They literally documented their entire 7 hour road trip so that no one could doubt their efforts. The best part of the video is the last couple minutes when they actually reach Alabama. The second the guy in the back seat sees the "Welcome To Alabama" sign he screams, "TURN IT OFF!".

Here's their video journey -

They completed the challenge, they drove themselves crazy, but the story doesn't end there. It gets even more wild. Lynyrd Skynyrd RESPONDED to the guys.

This whole story proves that no idea is too crazy.
