Billed as the 'world's largest', the Garden Bros Nuclear Circus, brings their special brand of thrills to the Lake County Fairgrounds during the first week of June.

It's been so long since we've been able to load the car and take the family to a circus. Big shows and tours are hitting the road again. Post-pandemic life is starting to take shape.

Get ready for a circus very unlike the clowns and animals most of us grew up with, the Garden Bros Nuclear Circus is NOT your average old-school circus.

The giant bigtop that plays host to some of the craziest human feats will hit the Lake County Fairgrounds in Grayslake, Illinois Thursday, June 3 - Sunday, June 6.

What will you see at a Garden Bros Nuclear Circus show?

Unbelievably talented performers from over 22 different countries in a Theatrical European 3 RING setting, featuring:

The Crazy Cossacks Riders

No matter how new and exciting you make your event under the bigtop, even if it's the world's largest, it isn't a circus until you have clowns. Garden Bros Nuclear Circus claims to have the funniest clowns you've ever seen.

Here's a little glimpse of what's going on under that bigtop.

LOOK: Here are the 50 best beach towns in America

Every beach town has its share of pluses and minuses, which got us thinking about what makes a beach town the best one to live in. To find out, Stacker consulted data from WalletHub, released June 17, 2020, that compares U.S. beach towns. Ratings are based on six categories: affordability, weather, safety, economy, education and health, and quality of life. The cities ranged in population from 10,000 to 150,000, but they had to have at least one local beach listed on TripAdvisor. Read the full methodology here. From those rankings, we selected the top 50. Readers who live in California and Florida will be unsurprised to learn that many of towns featured here are in one of those two states.

Keep reading to see if your favorite beach town made the cut.
