A Chicago Bears Hall of Famer is bringing a new women's pro football league to Illinois.

Women's Pro Football Game

Do you remember the Lingerie Bowl? It was alternative programming to the Super Bowl Halftime show on pay-per-view. It was women playing football. That was the first time ladies playing the sport were on my radar. I understand there were probably other teams and leagues but this is when I discovered it.

The Lingerie Bowl became so popular that it turned into a whole league not surprisingly named the Lingerie Football League. Then it would turn into the Legends Football League. After a few years with no games, women's football is back with a new league and owner.
