Some ridiculous fun for those who could use it more than just about anyone.

It's never a good idea to grab a lamp and toss it across the room out of frustration. Actually, it's not a good idea for any reason. You may want to grab a baseball bat and start a little living room demolition, but if you weren't planning a remodel project, you just did something stupid. You aren't human if you've never want to throw, hurl or smash something when your stress level hits a peak.

The COVID-19 pandemic has created a lot of stress for those in the teaching profession. Executing complicated plans to teach, while using a variety of methods, has got to take its toll on these individuals.

It's time to have a different kind of fun, relieving yourself of some of that stress, at Maximum Axe Throwing & Smash Room, located at 8702 N 2nd St (Inisde Maximum Performance) in Machesney Park, IL. During the month of October, axe throwing is FREE for all teachers and educational professionals.

You have to book in advance and reserve a 'throwing lane', below. You can even bring your own food and drinks. You can also bring some stressed out friends with you.

Maximum Axe Throwing is open for throwing, Fridays and Saturdays 6 - 10 p.m.,
and Sundays 2 - 6 p.m.. Be sure to click the Facebook post below for more information.
