Fee-Waived Adoption For Pets in Winnebago County

If you have been looking to adopt a pet in Winnebago County, now is the time!

According to a press release from the Winnebago County Animal Services, today starts a "Free Your Mind: Free A Pet" promotion. You are able to adopt a pet for no fee!

Who is eligible to be taken home? Here is a list:

• Lonely Hearts Club Members, cats or dogs that have been at WCAS the longest.
• Golden Whiskers Members, cats or dogs 6 years or older.
• Any adult (1+ year old) cat or dog that has been at the shelter longer than 60 days.

We always have some adorable pets come into the studio every Wednesday around 8:50 AM. This is a great way to take home a pet and surprise that special loved one.
