Over the weekend I had a craving for those raisin bran muffins made from the cereal.

I don't know about you, but to get rid of the craving I had to make them to get it out of my system. I did exactly that, with this easy to make Raisin Bran Muffin recipe. It's so simple.  It only took 2 turns of watching and timing the oven for the muffins.

It made 18 muffins. I had plenty. I made a plate for my parents, I put some in the freezer, and kept some out me to enjoy this week for breakfast.

Bran and raisins are good for you. Plus I substituted the vegetable oil with coconut oil to make them healthier and frankly more flavorful. I highly recommend using coconut oil when you make them. The smell let alone the taste is phenomenal!
