Chicago Holiday ZooLights Are Spectacular… and Totally Free to Visit
In a world where it costs $5 for a latte, it's really nice to do stuff for free.
I love going to the zoo. Whenever I get the chance to visit one, I take it.
Milwaukee, Hawaii, Washington D.C., I think I went to the zoo once in Aruba, then there's Chicago.
Not only do we have Brookfield Zoo which is very impressive, we have the Lincoln Park Zoo, which is completely free.
Yes, in case you forgot, going to the Lincoln Park Zoo will cost you no dollars. And it's a pretty awesome zoo.
The most awesome part? ZooLights!
Starting November 24, you can head to Lincoln Park Zoo from 4:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. and check out the crazy awesome light display at the zoo.
The ZooLights season runs until January 7 and let me remind you again, it's totally free.
In addition to the lights, there will be live ice-sculpting, trains, children's crafts, spiced wine and photos with Santa.
It sounds pretty magical, that's for sure! Especially at that magical price.
