Cancer Survivor and St. Jude Patient Kate Foster Of Rockford Shares a Letter She Wrote to Her Younger Self

Since the age of seven, gymnastics has always been a major part of Kate Foster's life. In 2011, when she was only 12-year-old, Kate lost her leg to cancer. But that would not stop her from achieving her dreams.

Kate Foster called into the Q98.5 St Jude Radiothon to discuss:
