If your kids have been asking you every single week if Cahoots Rockford is open yet (no? just mine? LOL)… you can finally stop dodging the question.

Rockford's New Family Entertainment Spot

When I first learned a new family entertainment hub featuring arcade games, duckpin bowling, mini golf, and a full bar and restaurant was opening in the old Coca-Cola Bottling Plant on Prairie Street in Downtown Rockford, I was STOKED.

After seeing a preview of it in February, and I immediately got impatient.

Cahoots is going to be a great attraction for families visiting Downtown Rockford, and it is something this area of the city has been lacking for far too long.

I can't wait to take my kids to Cahoots, so I got pretty excited when this video floated across my social media feed on Tuesday:

Cahoots Open Now in Rockford

Cahoots Rockford may be open to the public now, but it is still being considered a soft opening while they work the kinks out. A message on Facebook says:

Welcome to Cahoots!
We’re thrilled to have you here as we open and find our rhythm.
We appreciate your patience and support as we continue to learn, grow, and strive to be the best we can be!
Cahoots Rockford is still hiring for cooks and servers, so if you've been looking for a fun place to work, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!
