Buffalo Wild Wings GO Opens in Belvidere with Big Giveaway

A new place to grab food is opening this week in Belvidere, and they're giving you a chance to win free wings for a year.

For a chance to win big during Buffalo Wild Wings' grand opening of its new BWW GO (Buffalo Wild Wings GO) location in Belvidere, here's what you need to do.

Be one of the first 50 guests in line at the new restaurant at 1940 Gateway Center Drive beginning at 11 am, this Friday, August 29, and you'll receive Free Wings for a Year.

According to the press release, the winners of the “Free Wings for a Year” promotion will receive a voucher for 6 wings every week for 52 weeks. Valid only at the BWW GO on Gateway Center Drive in Belvidere.

A Modern Take on Wings and Convenience

The Belvidere location will be operating under the BWW GO model, which first made its debut in 2020 to meet the demand for fast, flexible dining options.

Unlike a traditional Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant, the "GO" concept is more designed for efficient takeout and delivery, while still offering a smaller dine-in area.

The new restaurant location is approximately 1,500 square feet, will employ 13 crew members, and feature Buffalo Wild Wings' full menu of wings, tenders, sandwiches, burgers, and all 26 signature sauces and dry rubs.

Late-Night Food Option in Belvidere

Belvidere diners will also have access to late-night hours, according to a press release. BWW GO will be open Sunday through Thursday, 11 am to 11 pm, and Friday and Saturday, 11 am to Midnight.

With its new GO location, Buffalo Wild Wings is hoping to expand its reach in Northern Illinois, like Wing Stop has been doing with a new store that opened a couple of years ago on Genoa Road.
