Brett Favre and Jordy Nelson will both be inducted into Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame and you might be able to attend the ceremony.

As a Chicago Bears fan, I'm still able to give credit to a man in a gold and green uniform when it's due, and this is certainly true for these to men. Like many Bears fans, Brett Favre and Jordy Nelson were two painful names to hear because it normally involved taking advantage of a Bears flub or weakness. But, in all seriousness, these two superior athletes deserve this honor.

We are honored and excited to welcome two legendary Packers, and two of my good friends to this historic institution (- Donald Driver)

The 70th Anniversary Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be held at The Club at Lac La Belle in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin (map) on August 21, 2020, from 5 pm - 6 pm. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be several precautions in place. Some of these safety measures include several hand sanitizer stations and on-site temperature scanning for all employees, volunteers, and guests. There will also be a limited number of guests and signage regarding social distancing signage.

Obviously, Brett Favre and Jordy Nelson will be attending this event but, because no price is mentioned, it's safe to assume it will cost a pretty penny to be at this event. But, this is going to be a high-demand event with very limited seating.

Interested organizations can contact the Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame at 414-727-3605 or csanfilippo@WIHallofFame.com to purchase seats, make a donation or become a sponsor.
