Beloit Toddler Found Walking In Street In Only A Diaper *UPDATE*

Early Wednesday morning Beloit Police Department found a toddler, between 2 and 3-years-old, was found walking in the street on the 1500 block of Roosevelt Avenue. The child was unable to communicate with police officers. After unsuccessfully "canvassing" the neighborhood, Beloit Police Department asked for the public's help via Facebook. With an hour of the incident, police were able to locate the child's mother. No arrests, charges, etc., were announced however people on Facebook were quite ticked after reading about the incident. Many commentators were quick to throw judgment at the child's mom, except for one woman.

Before you all slam that mother, toddlers are escape artists. I had one who was a Houdini.
