The Cubs are coming off a 3-game sweep of the Oakland A's in Sacramento, California, where the offense was dominating, so the hope of flying the W on opening day is high.

However, the current forecast for Friday in Chicago could delay some of the fun at the corner of Clark and Addison, with a 50 percent chance of showers expected in the afternoon, according to the Weather Channel.
