NASA Astronaut Scott Kelly has been up in space a long time, and now he has become the first human to grow a flower in space.

As Kelly continues his year long stay on the International Space Station, he has been tweeting about his adventures from day one. TheVerge.com reports that the space station has it's own vegetable plant growth facility, where the crew members have been growing plants of their own.
