Kelly Maxwell, from Plainfield Illinois, is scoring massive internet points with her version of a classic cocktail.

Shared on Taste of Home, a website where users can submit their own recipes for approval and then shared with the world, Maxwell's Strawberry Mimosa drink is perfect for Valentine's Day.

Here's a tasty twist on the classic mimosa. To make this refreshing drink friendly for kids or mamas-to-be, substitute lemon-lime soda or ginger ale for the champagne. —Kelly Maxwell, Plainfield, Illinois

The best part, it's only a three-ingredient cocktail. You only need strawberries, orange juice, and champagne to pull it off.

Just blend half the strawberries with the orange juice, strain, then do the same with the other half.

Then pour about 2/3 cup of the blended stuff with 1/3 cup champagne and that's it. It seems simple and sounds delicious.

This special Valentine's Day drink is just enough work to make it look like you went out of your way to do something special when in reality you're not doing much at all.

It's a Valentine's Day win-win.
