The holiday season is almost here and "one of the most influential economic and cultural forces in the world" is prepping for it's busy time of year.

Amazon in Wisconsin has announced that it will be hiring 4,105 employees for "full-time, seasonal, and part-time roles" that will include jobs from "packing and picking to sorting and shipping," according to WTMJ-TV.

Applicants are being sought from all backgrounds and experience levels, according to the announcement from Amazon.

Customer fulfillment and transportation employees can earn, on average, over $21 per hour for those roles, and up to $28 depending on location.

In the announcement from Amazon, there will be an opportunity for seasonal employees to transition into full-time roles as Amazon makes its "largest-ever compensation investment this year toward additional pay, bringing average pay to over $21 per hour in roles across customer fulfillment and transportation."
