ADAM will be a "new way to coffee shop" when it debuts tomorrow (Friday) inside the Walmart on Walton Street in Rockford.
The futuristic server will offer barista-quality coffee creations, from classic drinks to specialty concoctions and boba tea, and will serve 100 to 200 drinks per day, according to the press release.
ADAM, an instant-favorite of shoppers and co-workers, is an efficient and reliable worker that can produce at unprecedented levels.
Riotech Robotics and Ghost Kitchens reportedly plan to open more ADAM robot baristas at other locations in the future, and during the grand opening event on Friday (8/16), they will talk more about why Rockford was the perfect location to open the state's first humanoid drink robot.
During the grand opening weekend celebration of ADAM at Walmart in Rockford (7219 Walton Ave), special food giveaways will be offered, and this Saturday (8/17) bring the family out for your Walmart run because there will be face-painting, a coloring station, and a free ICEE for the kids from 11 am to 4 pm during Family Day.
