‘Active Shooter’ Exercise Will Happen At Rockford High School
Rockford Police have scheduled an emergency exercise drill for tomorrow morning at one of Rockford's high schools.

Although it's a sad time when parents have to worry about their child's safety, local authorities are doing what is necessary to keep them safe and be prepared for the worst, God forbid.
Less than a week before class is in session, Rockford Police will exercise an active shooter drill in the morning hours. Emergency responders and East High students will participate in the run-through. According to RPD on Facebook, the drill will take place from 9 AM until 12:30 PM.
