It seems like we've stumbled upon a real high point in real estate today. A recently abandoned meth house in Illinois is making headlines and it's more than just a fixer-upper. This place is seriously dope.

First off, let's just say that this house is not for the faint of heart. It's a real trip down memory lane filled with hazardous materials and, of course, meth residue. The walls are covered in cooking marks, and the floor is littered with discarded ingredients. It's like a real-life episode of Breaking Bad, but with a lot less Bryan Cranston.

Illinois Meth House Was Overgrown With Weeds

Not only is the inside of this house a mess, but the outside is even worse. The yard is overgrown with weeds, and there's even a meth lab in the garage, at least it looks like a garage. It's like the homeowner was really cooking up something good.

So, what can be done with this "house of horrors"? Well, the city has deemed it too dangerous for anyone to live in, and it's currently in the process of being demolished. It's a real smoke and mirrors kind of situation because once this house is gone, it will be like it never even existed.

THE BACKSTORY (ROSICLARE, ILLINOIS)

From what I gather, the grandson of the couple who built this home has purchased their former home. Chad Watson indicates he grew up in the home but left as an adult. His grandparents lived there until their deaths. Since then the home has changed hands a few times, the latest being the worst-case scenario.

Watson takes you inside the home, which was most recently a meth house.
