4 Illinois Haunted Houses Are Ready to Show You Love Is Terrifying This Weekend

If your idea of the perfect Valentine's date involves being chased through the dark by vampires or sadistic cupids, or you just really want to provide an experience your sweetie won't soon forget, you definitely need to check out these three special 'love' themed haunted houses open in Illinois this weekend.

1. Love Bites: A Valentine's Haunted House at 13th Floor Haunted House in Schiller Park, IL - Open February 11 and 12, 2022 only. Tickets start at $29 and can be purchased in advance, here.

2. Cupid's Curse at Disturbia Haunted House in Downers Grove, IL - Open    February 11 and 12, 2022. Tickets start at $19.99 and can be purchased in advance, here.

3. Love Is Blind at the Factory of Fear in Moline, Illinois - This blackout experience is open on February 11 and 12 from 7 to 9 p.m. only. Tickets start at $20 and are available for purchase, here.

4. Love Sucks Valentine's Haunted House at Massacre Haunted House in Montgomery, IL - Open Saturday, February 12, 2022 only starting at 8 p.m. Tickets must be purchased in advance, here.

Please keep in mind that all of these Valentine's Day-themed haunted houses are not suitable for a whole family experience unless your kids are above the age of 16. When buying tickets, you'll also want to take note of that house's COVID precautions. Some require you to wear a facemask or show vaccination proof while others do not.
