4 Family Members Of Hand Son Charged In Connection With Fatal Shootings

The Rockford Register Star is reporting that, "Four family members of Hand Son have been charged in connection with the fatal shootings of his former wife and her boyfriend. Hand Son’s brother, two sisters and his mother were each booked into the Winnebago County Jail on Thursday night. Hsa Kler Htoo, 27, of Rockford, is charged with two counts of concealing a homicidal death and one count of obstruction of justice, Winnebago County court records show. Each of the three women are charged with obstruction of justice for allegedly giving authorities false information to prevent the apprehension of Hand Son or obstruct the prosecution, court records show."

The bodies of Danielle and her boyfriend were both found in Blackhawk Park.

Winnebago County State’s Attorney Joe Bruscato said because it is an ongoing investigation, “We’re not going to get into the exact statements that were made that let to the obstruction of justice charges .... At some point in the future we’d be glad to give the exact statements.”
