3 Men Arrested in Connection to an NIU Student’s Fatal Fall at NIU Dorm in September [Video]

Charges have been filed against three men in connection to a Northern Illinois University student's death.

Eyewitness news reports that three were all NIU students. They have been charged with selling LSD. Those arrested are:

• Michael Kielhack, 20, of Elgin
• Thomas P. Quirke, 19, of  Aurora
• Michael Z. Montgomery, 19, of Naperville

On September 26th. 19-year-old NIU student,  Oluwarotimi Okedina, fell from the 11th floor of the Stevenson Towers residence hall on the NIU campus. The Daily Chronicle reports that toxicology reports from his autopsy revealed that Okedina had LSD and marijuana in his system.

The three were taken into custody on and all posted bond and have been released.
