After spending a lot of last summer indoors, that sill not be the case this year. A road trip to Starved Rock State Park in Oglesby, Illinois might the way to satisfy everyones idea of fun. A task that can be hard for some families.

Many of the trails you can hike, you can also ride your bike.

You can bring your own boat or you can book a guided fishing tour.

This park is good alternative is if Starved Rock is packed, or if you're staying in the area for a couple days. Its only 5 minutes away and also offers horseback riding trails.
