Fond Du Lac Wisconsin Poked Fun at on SNL Sketch [Watch]

For years, the nation has been poking fun at how we live in the Midwest, and this time the target is on Southern Wisconsin thanks to SNL.

Our friends at Saturday Night Live aired a sketch on March 5th that poked fun at the Wisconsin lifestyle by airing a parody 'newscast' featuring Wisconsin accents and all

The newscast was billed as Southeastern Wisconsin's award winning news team: "Top of the Hour from Bottom of the Lake"

Issues the mock newscasters were dealing with included:

• Cancellation of the annual Winterfest
• Wisconsin weather (news casters wearing winter vests)
• A Wisconsin Sex Offender in a Kia
• Getting Fond Du 'Lucky' with the Lotto numbers

It's hilarious think that people from New York, home of SNL, think all 'Wisonsin-ites' talk this way.  Funny sketch nonetheless.
