Wisconsin Man Offers ‘Indecent Proposal’ to Realtor, Wants More Than the House

The house that Kevin Kayhart wanted to buy, was listed at $140,000...He offered the realtor, $500,000. Wait, what is going on here? Kevin wanted WAY more than the house. SG

After the $500,000 offer was submitted on the Wisconsin home, Kevin then handed the realtor something else, a list of demands. He had these demands listed numbered one through six, and labeled A-F. He really did his creepy homework on this stuff!

This three paged proposal was a list of sexual acts that Kevin was demanding to close on the house at $500,000.  This obviously creeped out the realtor, who was able to escape the house where he submitted his proposal...Then she went right to the cops.

Oh, the realtor also hit Kevin with some truth and proved that she was way more intelligent...

'his contract wouldn't work because it lacks the statutorily approved form in which the state of Wisconsin and realtors need to use.' 

Well hot damn, Sam. Sorry Kevin. Not only are you dumb, but the realtor made you look even dumber. Yikes, sorry bruh.

Cops went looking for Kevin, couldn't find him right away but found his estranged wife...who located his indecent proposal in a briefcase. Yikes, there was also OTHER evidence that makes Kevin look like the silly perv that he is. Busted.

Upon his arrest, Kevin was charged with soliciting prostitution.
