Winnebago County Cribs: Modern & Spacious

This week's edition of Winnebago County Cribs takes us to 7392 Tunbridge Ct in Roscoe. It boasts 5 bedroom, 5 bathrooms, and over 5,300 sq. ft. This custom home, built in 2004 is spacious, elegant, and modern with one very nice antique feature. It has enough rooms to decorate without over doing it.

First thing I loved about this house was the front profile. It has beautiful landscaping in front with a nice path through it. It just seems so welcoming from first glance.

The kitchen is HUGE! it has an island with seats around it and built in sink. Beautiful wood flooring and cabinets throughout and enough windows to let in natural light. If I had to design my dream kitchen, this is the blueprint I'm starting with!

Right off the kitchen there is a wine/coffee bar area. Includes a built in wine fridge, sink, tons of counter space, and beautiful cabinets with a little blue accent to make it all pop. It looks like it even has its own dishwasher just for that area!

The sun room gives great views of the trees surrounding the property with high vaulted ceilings and tons of windows, it's the perfect place to sit with friends or get lost in your favorite book.

The living room also has elevated ceilings with a beautiful fireplace and mantle. With the tall windows and ceiling, it would be the perfect place to put the Christmas tree and the fireplace gives Santa easy access!

For all of the modern features in the house, and there are a lot, one of my favorite things is in the bathroom. A claw foot tub. It also has a separate stand up shower, but that tub looks like the perfect place for a soak after a long day.

The family room is huge! Like big enough to turn into a mini movie theater huge. There's even another area right off of it that could be turned into a game room or play area for kids.

There's even a laundry room with tons of counter space and cabinets. Not to mention a sink as well. The room is actually so nice looking you may not hate doing laundry!

The brick paved patio even has an all seasons room and still enough room for an outside patio set and a spot for the grill. So if the elements or mosquitoes force you inside, you'll still have plenty of space and great views for entertaining.

The house also has a 4.5 car, attached, heated garage. No more waiting for that car to get warm in these cold winter months. And if you like to tinker on cars in your free time, you don't have to worry about freezing your butt off this time of year.

This house is one of my favorites! As someone who typically likes older homes because of their character, this modern house took my breath away with its space, elegance, and design. At $649,900 it's out of my price range, but if you ever need a house sitter, I know a guy!
