Winnebago County Cribs: Modern Masterpiece

On this week's edition of Winnebago County Cribs, we head to South Beloit to check out 15215 Levi Run. It's on a quiet cul-de-sac and has a huge yard. Whether you're looking for a quiet night in or a family party, this place has you covered.

Let's start with the basics. It's a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 7,304 sq. ft. home. It's located near I-90 for easy access to Chicago, Milwaukee, or Madison and is 5 minutes away from the Van Galder bus to O'Hare. For being so tucked away and quiet, you also get easy access to major roadways.

Walking into the house the first thing to notice is the beautiful woodwork throughout. Upon walking through the front door you are greeted with an open concept that looks right into the living room. It has a beautiful brick fireplace where I can already imagine stockings being hung for Christmas.

Next is the dining room with big windows that let in so much natural light. Plus, there's room for a dining table that could fit a small army.

The kitchen is huge and comes complete with an island and stainless steel appliances. The hood above the stove fits in perfectly and the space on the granite counter tops is plentiful.
