Winnebago County Cribs: $1.4 Million Fixer Upper

Normally if I was going to pay a lot of money for something, it better come ready to go. I wouldn't buy a car and expect to go home and put an engine in it before I could use it. With that being said, this week's edition of Winnebago County Cribs, includes a fixer upper that is worth the price and with a few upgrades could see a huge return on investment.

This week takes us to 747 Gleasman Road in Roscoe. A six bedroom, four bathroom house with 5,248 square feet also boasts two other additional houses on the 26+ acre estate. A beautiful brick house, which I must admit I do love, has some upgrades already but needs a little TLC to push it over the edge. Most of the work appears to be touch ups and if you have the means to buy it, I'm sure you've got the extra cash to finish it up. The additional houses on the lot are bigger than most houses as well. The second house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, coming in at roughly 3,600 square feet. The third house is 1,500 square feet and has two bedrooms.
