In-N-Out Burger, the beloved West Coast fast-food chain known for its delicious burgers and secret menu, has yet to expand to the state of Illinois. But some fans of the restaurant believe Illinois may get its own taste of In-N-Out Burger's greatness sooner than we thought.

What's So Special About In-N-Out Burger?

For the record, I have never eaten at In-N-Out Burger, but I hear people raving about it all the time. In-N-Out Burger consistently makes the list every time we ask which businesses we want to come to Illinois and/or Rockford, and looking at this picture I can appreciate why...

Because I am an In-N-Out Burger virgin, I decided to do a little Googling to see what makes these burgers so amazing. Every article I found mentioned the same three things:

  • In-N-Out's Secret Menu and food hack possibilities are to die for.
  • In-N-Out's beef and toppings are always fresh, never frozen, and delicious.
  • In-N-Out's menu options are super affordable considering the quality.

Will In-N-Out Burger Expand to Illinois Soon?

In-N-Out Burger currently owns and operates 300 restaurants across the western United States, and they just recently announced they will be expanding further East in the next few years...

Now, I understand Tennessee is definitely not Illinois, BUT they are inching closer to our neck of the woods, and that is encouraging!

In-N-Our Burger is well-known for being extremely selective about the location of their restaurants and for paying close attention to customer feedback, and the people of Illinois want an In-N-Out Burger!

Perhaps Chicago would be a great location for the first In-N-Out Burger in Illinois?

Obviously, it will take some time for In-N-Out to finally make its way to Illinois, but there are many reasons to believe that it will happen eventually. Maybe Illinoisans should just start bombarding In-N-Out Burger with emails and messages now requesting our own restaurant? Sounds like a good plan to me!
