White Sox Will Play At The Field Of Dreams Next Season

Believe it or not, Field of Dreams was released 30 years ago. 
MLB announced that the White Sox and Yankees will play a regular-season game in Iowa at the actual Field of Dreams next August.

When was the last time an MLB game was played in Iowa? It's been a while.

More than a century qualifies as "a while."

An 8,000 seat "stadium" will be built for the game and be flanked by the iconic cornfields.

How tickets will be distributed is unclear but I'm guessing it's going to be a pretty hot ticket.

For the record. It was a fine movie, but if you break it down just a little it kind of all falls apart.
