At first, I had a massive sense of nostalgia while looking at this old picture of Rockford.

My second thought was confusion. Mainly because I'm not sure where it was snapped.

This classic photo was uploaded and shared to Reddit just a few days ago with the headline:

The picture was apparently colorized by Kaiser Pretzel Coloration.

Looks great, and I love the color. However, that moth or whatever bug is invading the pic at the bottom can be a little distracting. Not distracting enough though, because I still don't have any idea where this picture was taken.

Safe to assume it's downtown Rockford. Is it Main Street? Possibly. Somewhere else? Please let me know, so I can go back to being permanently distracted by the giant moth at the bottom of the picture.
