Well, The Former Blazers Location Isn't Staying Vacant For Long

Not quite a month ago we learned that Blazers Southwestern Grill on E. Riverside in Loves Park did indeed close its doors for good. Looks like that building isn't staying empty for long.

I was driving along E. Riverside on Saturday when I noticed there were new signs up already at the former Blazers Southwestern Grill location. The new restaurant is going to be Fuji Cajun.

But if you try to go to Fuji Cajun's Facebook page it is listed as Hibachi Grill Buffet & Bar located at 1531 W. Lane Rd. in Machesney Park. It is also listed as temporarily closed.

There is also an updated menu for Fuji Cajun listed on Facebook, but no other information is yet available.

I'm curious about what will become for both locations because my family and I really enjoyed going to Habachi Grill before "sheltering in place".
