A Wisconsin woman has taken her love for Taylor Swift to new heights this Halloween, and it's something you have to see to believe.

Best Halloween Displays in Illinois and Wisconsin

This week I'm fairly obsessed with finding cool Halloween displays in Illinois and Wisconsin.

From extravagant décor to two-story hand-built circuses and front home facades, Illinois has some super awesome Halloween displays to see if you're in the mood for a road trip.

Here's an example from Elburn, Illinois:

Honestly, I'm a little jealous of these homeowners' creativity and passion for Halloween decorating. Maybe someday I'll feel inspired to create something as cool for my own front yard.

Today I decided to continue my search for road-trip-worthy Halloween displays, so I set my sights on Wisconsin. Then I found a genius Taylor Swift inspired display we all need to check out in Sun Prairie.

'Life of a Skullgirl'

Do you remember back in 2023 when Sun Prairie, Wisconsin resident Katelyn McLaughlin went viral for her awesome Sc-ERAS Halloween display?

Well, this super-Swiftie Halloween lover is back at it with a “Life of a Skullgirl” display, and she didn't miss a single important detail!

I'm not sure what I appreciate most about McLaughlin's display, the sparkly costume or the clever details like the sourdough pillow, or the fact that she made Travis Kelce' out of wood. LOL!
Either way, you get an A+++ for creativity and execution, Katelyn. I'm sure Taylor Swift will be really proud!
