Summerfield Zoo Announces Opening Weekend for 2019 Season

Over the weekend my 5-year-old asked, "when are we going to go to that fun place with all the reindeer and I can ride a horse?"

The "fun place" my daughter is referring to is Belvidere's Summerfield Zoo, and I totally got to make her day when I told her in just 21 more sleeps we can go, (it was Saturday when she asked me).

Summerfield Zoo will officially kick off their 2019 season on Saturday, April 27th, and the staff is hard at work making everything look fabulous for opening day...

Just a heads up, your family can save money on season passes to Summerfield Zoo if you buy them BEFORE opening day on April 27th.
