Rockford Arena Football Is A Real Thing

Rockford has an arena football team and you might not even know it. It's right in the heart of the state-line.

Rockford is no stranger to arena football. Remember the Rockford Rampage? It was a short-lived three seasons at the MetroCentre. Now, unbeknownst many, there's a new team in town, The Stateline Sting.

The Sting's home games take place at Victory Sports Complex with tickets costing $12.59 for general admission and $15 for upper seats... a.k.a. close to the bar.

The 2017 season is just ten weeks, thirteen for the teams that make it to the championship in June, with 5 games at home.  Most home games are on Saturdays at 7 p.m. with the exception of the April 1 (3 p.m.). Home game dates are April 1, 8, and 29, May 6, and May 27.
