Sleeping Bandit Still On The Loose In Rockford

Rockford Police are looking for a man that really needed a nap after attempting to break into a home and successfully broke into a car.

This is such a Florida story, but it happened in Rockford. According to RPD, a man was found asleep in a vehicle he didn't own. It sounds as if the car was parked in the driveaway of a home he attempted to break in to some time earlier. And when the homeowner found the suspect sleeping in his car he woke him up and probably yelled at him. The suspect took off with two drinks in hand that had been sitting in the vehicle prior to his nap. Did he take off with two flat drinks?!

No one was hurt in this incident.
