There's nothing worse that your nose itching at the worst possible moment. Read this and you'll agree.

I came up with this list after turning left from Broadway onto 31st Street and also swiped a car.

There wasn't a collision and all is well. Here are six other places in Rockford where a "I've gotta scratch my nose immediately" scenario could be disastrous or embarrassing.

A Live Auction

No, not a silent auction. One of those auctions like you see on Storage Wars, which does exist in Rockford. One impromptu scratch while people are bidding and you could end up buying a hundreds of dollars worth of junk.

You don't want to be racing into turns 3 and 4 at 50+ miles per hour and have your nose start to itch. It's frightening. Trust me, I know from experience.

Chick-Fil-A Drive-Thru

There isn't a whole lot of room for a good scratch when pulling out of the Chick-Fil-A drive-thru on Perryville Road. Those people leaving Lowe's are in a big hurry to redo a bathroom or something.

Since we're talking about Perryville Road I figured I'd point out the most famous Rockford TV street camera high above Prime Time Audio. I'm not sure why anyone would do this, but if you're standing there looking southwest and start to scratch your nose, it's going to look like a pick. Aaron Wilson might call you out on a pick.

Before anyone jumps to conclusions, picture this. You're a stop light next to a cop car and you get that little tickle on your nose. If you use the wrong finger to satisfy that itch it could easily look like your telling the officer he/she is number one in the least friendly way possible. Hey! It could happen.

Auburn & Main Roundabout

Driving this roundabout is scary enough, even after it's three years of existence. Imagine a big nose itch the second you're in the middle of trying to make a left turn. You can not let go of that steering wheel. If you do, you better hope there are no other vehicles around.
