Rockford’s Target Just Added Some Strange ‘Decor’ Outside

Next time you roll down E. State Street, take a look at Target, it's looking a little different.

Ok. real talk. I was at Target on Wednesday night and unless I was just so tired I didn't notice... these big apparatuses were not there.

Fast forward twenty four hours, and all of the sudden there were these two monstrosities outside the openings of Target.

It looks like there are cameras attached to each one, on the top right, but aside from that I'm not really sure what they might be.

I was planning to walk in and ask an employee what was going on and then I remembered I needed to get my mom a birthday card and that I needed allergy medicine and fast forward and I forgot all about it until I was out of the store.

What do you think it could be?
