Rockford’s Dog Haus Adds New Menu Items

Dog Haus Biergarten has added new plant-based protein items to their menu, but I've got to give props to whoever runs the Rockord locations Facebook for their mad creativity in sharing the news...

Four plant-based options now appear on Dog Haus' menu and the descriptions sounds pretty tasty:

• Impossible Burger with pickles, lettuce, tomato, onion, white American cheese and secret sauce
• Impossible Slider with mayo, white American cheese and caramelized onions
• Beyond Brat with sauerkraut, caramelized onions and spicy brown mustard
• Soo Veggie with Hot Italian Beyond Sausage, wild arugula, avocado, tomato, crispy onions, spicy basil and aioli
