On Thursday, April 2, over 40,000 pounds of food, baby items and more, will given out to families in need. Here are all the details.

The COVID-19 virus has impacted so many, in some of the worst ways imaginable, here in the Rockford area. This Thursday at 9:00AM is a chance for those most affected to get a little help. Recently unemployed, kids who don't have access to meals from their school and senior citizens who are at great risk, this event will help so many.

Rockford's City First Church at 5950 Spring Creek Road has unloaded a semi truck filled with food, baby items and creamy chocolate Easter surprises. Over 20 tons of relief is here and will be distributed to those in need, as part of a partnership with Convoy Of Hope.

THURSDAY, APRIL 2 9:00AM - 12:00PM AT CITY FIRST CHURCH (until supplies last)

City First Church said that to provide an abundance of precaution, a City First team member will come to each car with gloves on to deliver food safely to the trunk of your car at their main auditorium entrance. Use the church entrance off of Mulford Rd (just south of Spring Rd).
