Rockford Mayor Explains Pros/Cons of Home Rule

With all the talk about "Home Rule" on social media in Rockford, we pled ignorance on knowing much about it. And, being Rockford taxpayers, we needed to get informed stat. We went to the best source we find with questions of what it is and how it can affect Rockford; Mayor Thomas McNamara. He graciously set aside some time to come explain and answer any questions Shannon and I might have.
