Rockford Has Another Way To Find Out If We Will Have An Extended Winter

Every year around this time, I am ready for Spring to get here. Then a groundhog tells me differently. So, Shannon and I decided to try something else to get a different result. 

February 2nd is Groundhog Day. Or the day that everyone gets to look at an animal and it tells us how many more weeks we have to freeze our butts off.

Punxsutawney Phil in Pennsylvania already saw his shadow this morning. So did Woodstock Willie, Belvidere Betty and Sun Prairie Jimmy. Shannon and I decided that it was not a good enough of an answer. We are done with Winter and Spring can come now.

So, we enlisted something that resembles the groundhog. Watch the video and see what happens.
