Rockford Firefighters Say Thank You to Community For Support During Pandemic (Video)

We have all dealt with this pandemic, in different ways. Working from home, child care issues, extra sanitizer and masks everywhere...Our lives are different and our daily routines have changed for sure.

As much as I would love to go to concerts and ballgames, having friends and family in good, safe situations...that is what is important. There are those that continue doing what they do on a daily basis, the ones that help us and keep us safe.

We are thankful for law enforcement, those that protect and serve. This pandemic has been extremely for the men and women in blue. But what about another group of amazing community protectors? What about the firefighters?

While news can seem "mostly" negative on a daily basis, and depending on what TV channel you turn on locally some want us to believe all that serve us are apparently out to get us...That couldn't be further from the truth.
