Rockford Chick-fil-A Suddenly Removes Fan Fave From Menu
Sometimes a menu can get too big.
That has to be the train of thought behind the sudden and strange move at the Rockford Chick-Fil-A.
Located at 2800 North Perryville Road, Chick-fil-A recently added Spicy Chick-n-Strips to their menu.
Apparently, having two types of chicken strip available is too many for Chick-fil-A in Rockford, because they dropped their standard chicken strips.
That's not the only thing missing at Rockford Chick-fil-A.
To make room for the new additions, Chick-fil-A is pulling three dishes – the Original Chick-n-Strips, Grilled Cool Wrap and Side Salad – from the five markets where the spicy selections are being offered.
While I'm a fan of all things spicy and I'd be more likely to go for the newer version of chicken strips at Chick-fil-A.
Not everyone is OK with changes to the menu at Chick-fil-A.
In a rant found on Reddit by cooperthekid:
I love Chick-fil-a, and I’m a signature rewards guy who spends a lot of money a month there. But with the removal of large shakes, removal of chicken strips, and now repeated visits with incorrect food, I think I’m done with it.
There are some who don't like changes to the menu at their favorite fast-food restaurants, but it seems like Chick-fil-A has a decent reason, "For us to continue providing the food and service you know and love, we are testing this modified menu to see it if improves your experience in our restaurants."
Do you like the changes to the menu Chick-fil-A has made?
