Restoration Cafe Opening First Drive-Thru on West Side Rockford

The Rockford Rescue Mission's Restoration Cafe, located on W State St. across from the Public Safety Building, is hosting a big party tomorrow in celebration of the first drive-thru service downtown on Rockford's West Side. 

From 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 8, Restoration Cafe will be celebrating their new drive-thru service with giveaways and tons of drink and food specials including $1 cups of coffee.

In case you didn't know, enjoying a great meal or beverage at the Restoration Cafe doesn't just do your body good, it also does a whole lot of good for the Rockford community. The cafe's proceeds are used to fund the Life Recovery Program for Rockford Rescue Mission's residents. It also helps revitalize downtown Rockford, and provide jobs for community members in need.
